OBM is a specialist provider of recruitment solutions to the Oil and Gas industry. The company was established in 1979 and became part of the ASCO Group in 1992.

OBM supplies blue chip clients in various locations around the world and have offices in Aberdeen, Houston, Calgary and Singapore.

As part of the ASCO Group, OBM is synonymous with the provision of Supply Chain personnel, maintaining a database of experienced and qualified candidates and having access to the logistics expertise and network within the ASCO Group.

In 2010, the company has strategically diversified it's service offering to include Engineering and Technical disciplines. OBM uses discipline specific recruitment consultants to network with candidates and where possible identify future requirements to ensure a proactive service.
