Training

Training certification for all our contractors is currently monitored by our Business Support team.  OBM have built up excellent relationships with local training providers in Aberdeen which assists us in giving a first class service to our personnel when they require training courses to be booked.

Personnel are asked to provide copies of all valid certification when they join OBM.  On receipt, certification is logged onto a live training matrix which is monitored on a weekly basis. Personnel are then contacted twelve weeks before expiry of any certification and offered assistance in booking courses should they require it. 

Currently certain courses are booked via our training providers and recharged to our clients however OBM also offer a training service to personnel for self-sponsored courses. OBM strive to make this process as straight forward as possible for our personnel and assist with additional requirements such as booking accommodation or travel if requested through our approved suppliers.

By working in this manner, OBM can provide live training matrices on request should our Clients require them, and our clients can be confident that all personnel supplied to them have all the current certification required.
