OBM has developed an innovative Criteria Profiling and Assessment (CPA) system to ensure delivery of the right candidates to our client base. This CPA system provides a full audit trail on the search and selection activities used to find prospective candidates which is fully vetted by our D32/D33 competence assessment team prior to any CV's being submitted to the client. This saves our clients the time and expense of sifting through piles of inappropriate CV's - this is our job.
