OBM has a rigorous selection process that checks all references to ensure that individuals are qualified and experienced. We speak to former employers to ascertain their levels of competency and also to learn more about the personality of the individual.

I sometimes need personnel at very short notice, is this a problem?

Not at all, all our personnel have completed the recruitment process before we make them available. If we have the right person for the job, they can be deployed immediately.

Are personnel subjected to medicals, including substance abuse screening?

Yes, we require all our personnel take regular medicals, including routine substance abuse screening. This is provided at no cost to the client or the personnel.

Q:

Can we recruit someone for any length of time?

A:

Yes, we have designed our contract system to be completely flexible to fit in with our clients’ requirements. Contracts are customised to accommodate short or long-term periods.

How can we be sure about what the contract covers?

A:

OBM has a policy of complete clarity between ourselves and our clients. We talk to our clients to make sure there is complete understanding and agreement of all contracts and will only proceed when all parties are happy.
