This is an excellent developmental opportunity for the successful candidate to acquire the required skills to fill the role of SAP PM Business Analyst for the UK after an extensive training and familiarisation period. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the business of maintenance and a desire to develop their knowledge of SAP and the UK maintenance process.
The purpose of the PM Business Analyst is to be the key business contact within the UK SAP Support Team for SAP Plant Maintenance in the UK. This role includes daily operational support, promoting system and process improvements, providing end-user training and coaching and managing testing related to Plant Maintenance changes. Based in Aberdeen and reporting to the UK SAP Support Team Lead, the post holder will liaise closely with UK Business Users and the SAP Solution Centre support team to ensure the needs of the business are being met by existing and future SAP solutions. The position will impact all UK users of SAP but in particular PM users. Offshore visits would form part of this role to ensure continuity between Operations and SAP Support.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:

SAP Plant Maintenance Operational Support for the UK – Provide first line Plant Maintenance support to all UK users, including third party contractors.
SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data – Takes an active role in the completion of master data change requests.
Training Material & Delivery – Delivers end user training. Custodian of training material. Ensures training material is up to date and fit for purpose.
Promoting Improvement – Work with Plant Maintenance key users to identify system improvements to meet business needs. Manage suggested improvements to completion.
Plant Maintenance Testing – Manage PM testing requirement with key business focal points as required for system changes and system upgrades.
Plant Maintenance Interface – Key contact point for information exchange with Calgary SSC and UK Business Applications Team
