of choosing our workforce with care and handling all the necessary

Our in-depth competence review mean that we check out references,
speak to previous employers and ensure personnel are competent
for employment. These preliminary procedures are all taken care
of in advance to ensure that our workforce is ready for immediate
deployment.

At OBM we constantly review employment issues that affect business
so you don’t have to, e.g. regulations and employment
procedures such as The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection
of Employment) Regulations 1981 (SI 1981/1794) (often referred
to as TUPE).

smooth integration of new personnel with the minimum amount

on appropriate projects by personnel to bring clarity to materials
tracking, especially for overseas projects.
