At OBM we appreciate that time is a valuable commodity. Our approach of choosing our workforce with care and handling all the necessary paperwork relieves companies of time-consuming personnel recruitment administration and allows them to concentrate on their core business.

  • Our in-depth competence review mean that we check out references, speak to previous employers and ensure personnel are competent for employment. These preliminary procedures are all taken care of in advance to ensure that our workforce is ready for immediate deployment.

  • At OBM we constantly review employment issues that affect business so you don’t have to, e.g. regulations and employment procedures such as The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981 (SI 1981/1794) (often referred to as TUPE).

  • We work in conjunction with your HR department to ensure the smooth integration of new personnel with the minimum amount of effort on your part.

  • OBM have developed their own software (PIMS) which is used on appropriate projects by personnel to bring clarity to materials tracking, especially for overseas projects.
