Two Boat Foreman are required for the Aberdeen Harbour area on temporary to permanent basis.
Working on a 4 day on/ 4 day off rotation back to back, the successful candidates will be responsible for supervising both quayside personnel and the loading and unloading of vessels. They will also be interfacing with internal and external Clients.
Ideally applicants will have previous experience in a similar position with full knowledge of quayside operations. Knowledge of road traffic laws, and health and safety regulations would be preferable as would knowledge of Dangerous Goods by Sea segregation. Certification for forklift and Banksman/ Slinger is essential while supervisory experience is preferable.
Applicants will be eligible to work in the UK as sponsorship is not being offered by our Client at this time. Further, proof of eligibility must be made available on demand.
